Job Summary

The Technical Specialist is responsible for providing specialized technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This is a fixed-term contract position through December 2026. The role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to support business and client needs.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support and expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cybersecurity, or eDiscovery Operations.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

• Location-based market rate for the role

• Your abilities in relation to the job specification
