Customer Care Representative

Join us as a Customer Care Representative, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting business growth. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, preparing quotations, building strong customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. Working closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams, you will ensure seamless service delivery, effective problem resolution, and operational excellence while contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

Your Mission:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing customer enquiries, orders, and requests efficiently.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to drive parts sales growth and maximise business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and credit issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outstanding orders and provide customers with timely updates on delivery status.
• Support consignment processes, returns management, and operational KPI achievement.
• Manage B2B portal activities and ensure service, response, and invoicing deadlines are met.

Your Profile:

• Minimum Grade 12 with at least 3 years' experience in a Customer Service, Internal Sales, or related environment.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of M3 or similar ERP systems will be advantageous.
• Highly organised, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering service excellence.
