Talent Manager

PG Bison, a proudly South African leader in the decorative wood panel industry, is looking for a dynamic Talent Manager to join our Human Capital team at Head Office. As our Talent Manager, you’ll be at the centre of shaping PG Bison’s people strategy. You’ll design leadership and supervisory development programmes that unlock potential at every level, while also championing exciting learnerships, apprenticeships, internships, and bursaries that build the next generation of talent. You’ll take ownership of our Competency Framework and skills pipeline, ensuring our workforce remains agile, future-ready, and equipped for success.

Your role will also see you driving compliance and reporting on key statutory requirements-from WSPs and ATRs to the Forestry Charter and 12i training initiatives-while delivering insights to our Board and Remuneration Committee. Working hand in hand with production teams, you’ll craft innovative skills programmes that reflect the latest processes and technologies, keeping PG Bison at the forefront of industry excellence.
