Your role
As a HR & Payroll Software Consultant, you'll join our team, helping customers successfully implement, configure and make the most of our Payroll & HR software solutions, while providing expert guidance and support throughout their projects.
What You'll Do
Manage new customer implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to the successful use of our software solutions.
Configure and customize Payroll & HR applications according to customers' business needs.
Deliver training sessions to help customers understand and effectively use our software solutions.
Provide on-site and remote customer support, addressing specific functional and technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants and developers, to deliver complex projects.
Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps and propose tailored implementation solutions, including system customizations.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
3-6 years of professional experience in payroll and labor legislation, either in a consulting role or within an in-house HR or Finance department.
Hands-on experience with one or more Payroll & HR software solutions used in the Greek market.
Excellent knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with experience in project coordination and delivery.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SQL, scripting, databases or reporting tools.
Understanding of basic information systems architecture principles.
