Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Retail Assembly production activities to achieve production targets.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, overtime planning, and labor productivity.
• Monitor production efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturing procedures.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Team Leaders and production operators.
• Prepare and review daily production reports and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Experience in assembly operations, preferably Retail Cabinet or Refrigeration products.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Quality Systems, and Safety Management.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
