Deine Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Geschäftskunden, von der Erstinstallation bis zur Fehleranalyse
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der über das Ticketsystem eingehenden Telefon- und E-Mail-Anfragen, überwiegend auf Deutsch und gelegentlich auf Englisch
  • Qualifizierung von Problemstellungen, deren Lösung oder Weiterleitung an nachgelagerte Supportschnittstellen/Dienstleister, sowie Einpflegen von Lösungen in die Wissensdatenbank und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Dokumentationen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder Studium im IT-Bereich
  • Sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in Voice / Telefonie Technologien sind von Vorteil
  • Gewissenhaftigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sichere Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
