Key Account Manager

As Key Account Manager, you will be the single owner of your accounts across the full campaign lifecycle on Maestro, our curation and activation platform: from campaign creation and strategy setup, through optimization and support, to reporting and the presentation of results. You replace fragmented handoffs with true end-to-end account ownership.

What you'll do:

• End-to-end ownership of a portfolio of strategic Maestro accounts (Tier 1 and Tier 2 agencies, trading desks, and advertisers), acting as the client's single point of contact from kick-off to results.
• Creation, setup, and optimization of campaigns and programmatic deals with diverse KPIs on Maestro, our curation and activation platform.
• Hands-on support and guidance to clients on the setup of their activation strategies: audiences, curation, and formats (display, video, CTV, native), ensuring each campaign is built to deliver.
• Continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of delivery and performance, identifying and resolving discrepancies or technical issues proactively.
• Reporting and presentation of results for strategic campaigns, translating data into insights and actionable recommendations for the client and for account growth.
• Training and technical support to clients on Maestro, empowering agency and trading desk teams to activate autonomously.
• Strategic coordination with the Supply team to maximize deal and campaign performance, and with dedicated Sales to surface uplift, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaboration with internal teams (Product, Analytics, Support) to tailor and develop solutions according to specific client needs.

What you need:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an account manager, trader, or trafficker in digital advertising, ideally on the programmatic side.
• Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSP, DSP, deal types, curation).
• Experience in the setup and management of programmatic deals or connections.
• Technical ability to identify and implement tracks, tags, VAST, VPAID, etc.; working knowledge of adservers.
• Strong client-facing skills: comfortable building reports and presenting campaign results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with brands or agencies based in LATAM/Mexico; familiarity with Tier 1 agency trading desk models is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, among others.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, reporting tools) and attention to detail.
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, essential for fluid internal communication with our global teams.
• An ownership mindset: autonomy, prioritization across multiple accounts and tasks, and accountability for outcomes.

What we offer:

• 13th month salary (Aguinaldo/SAC) : Paid in two installments per year, as required under Argentine law.
• Remote work allowance: USD $50/month to support home office costs.
• Time off: Approximately 17 national holidays per year, plus 10 days of paid vacation (for employees with under 5 years of seniority, increasing with tenure per Argentine labor law).
• Parental leave: Statutory leave of up to 90 days. Under Equativ's internal policy, birthing parents may take up to 120 days at 100% of base + variable salary.
• Hybrid work Model: 2-3 days in office (office located in Buenos Aires)
