Membantu Laboratory Supervisor dalam melaksanakan kegiatan kerja administrasi incoming material, produk ruahan, produk jadi, sample quality surveillance, sampel kualifikasi/ validasi serta sampel lain yang dilakukan uji di laboratorium Quality.

  • Melaksanakan penerapan CPOB dan tertib administrasi di bagiannya
  • Melakukan proses input data hasil analisa dari laporan hasil uji ke sistem dan memastikan kesesuaian data yang diinput dengan raw data
  • Melaksanakan proses serah terima dokumen dengan tim Quality System
  • Mendistribusikan LHU baru dari tim Quality System ke tim QC
  • Melakukan filing/archiving LHU incoming material yang sudah diriliskan
  • Membantu membuat surat-surat dari bagian laboratorium ke bagian/ perusahaan lain
  • Background pendidikan minimal SMK Jurusan Administrasi
  • Fresh Graduate/ 1 tahun pada posisi yang terkait dengan proses quality di industri farmasi
