Melaksanakan kegiatan penimbangan dan serah terima bahan baku dan bahan kemas primer di lini dispensing, beserta pemotongan stock, sesuai prosedur yang berlaku dan berdasarkan dokumen yang sah.
- Melakukan proses penimbangan bahan baku berdasarkan label timbang dengan benar, akurat dan tepat waktu secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.
- Menyediakan keseluruhan bahan baku dan bahan kemas primer sesuai dengan WO picklist dalam tiap batch pada jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
- Menjamin bahan baku, bahan kemas primer, dan bahan kemas sekunder hasil penimbangan atau perhitungan sesuai dengan Work Order Pick List (WOPL), SPBT dan copy PO baik secara spesifikasi maupun jumlah perhitungan bahan yang disiapkan.
- Terjaganya keamanan bahan yang sudah ditimbang dari bahaya lembab, kebocoran kemasan/ plastik yang digunakan, kontaminasi dan lain-lain.
- Background pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator di Industri Farmasi menjadi nilai plus
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem 3 shift
- Tidak buta warna
