About this opportunity:
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as an Account Manager who'd want to be part of our transformation journey as a company and within Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Ericsson's product and services portfolio, as well as a comprehensive understanding of your customers' business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash flow, including working capital.
We are searching for an Account Manager who will act responsibly with Customer , taking accountability for developing business relationships while actively contributing to customer success and generating profitable business for Ericsson.
What you will do
- Strategically position and market our Business and Operational Support Solutions (BSS/OSS)
- Identifying critical customer needs through consultative customer engagement to generate sales opportunities
- Conduct product/solution presentation and demonstration to articulate value propositions.
- Orchestrating Ericsson’s cross-functional engagement throughout the sales process and deal lifecycle .
- Participating with the VP & KAM team in developing business plans and new sales initiatives.
- Create, maintain and leveraging trust-based relationships with relevant customer interfaces
- Thought leadership in the areas of communication evolution, virtualization, cloud, and analytics.
- Demonstrating strong internal and external governance capabilities by effectively managing stakeholder alignment, ensuring compliance with organizational processes, and driving accountability.
- Applying advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex business challenges, mitigate risks, and deliver successful customer and business outcomes.
The skills you bring
- Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication and MBA (Master in Business Administration or similar)
- Experience selling Ericsson’s Business & Operational Support solutions.
- Strong sales and delivery experience
- Experience with IT, e-commerce, BSS, OSS, Cloud Environments
- Understanding of Mobile technologies (3G, 4G/LTE, 5G).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Cultural awareness within a global team environment.
- Leadership and change management skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong financial acumen, combined with innovative and creative thinking.
