Ericsson’s Early Career Program is an 18-month journey for you who are recently graduated or have up to five years of relevant experience. Through three rotations, including one international and market exposure, you will tackle challenges that matter, work alongside people who expect you to contribute, question, and move things forward.

The Innovate track is designed for you who are driven by building what’s next. You’ll rotate across Research, Product Development, Data, and AI, contributing to solutions that don’t just support the business but move it forward.

This isn’t a program where you sit on the sidelines. From day one, you’re hired into a role, trusted to contribute, supported to grow, and expected to make an impact. Find out more about the Early Career program.

Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as an End-to-End Integration Lead within Business Area Networks.

What you will do

What you will do

As an End-to-End Integration Lead, you will lead the integration of new hardware and software into a functioning product. You will define the integration strategy, coordinate contributions across development teams, and guide the product from its first integration steps to agreed basic-functionality milestones, enabling a smooth transition into verification.

  • Define the integration approach: Evaluate development platforms and system capabilities, select suitable integration platforms, and establish integration tracks with clear steps and dependencies.
  • Build and maintain the integration plan: Translate the strategy into a high-level plan and timelines for individual integration steps, making the critical path and major dependencies visible.
  • Ensure readiness for each integration step: Coordinate analysis of prerequisites, hardware and software readiness, required configurations, use cases, test cases, and test environments.
  • Lead coordination across teams: Chair integration meetings, align teams around shared milestones, and help prioritize work according to integration dependencies.
  • Drive resolution of integration blockers: Track critical defects, ensure the responsible teams progress corrective actions, and initiate focused task forces when issues prevent integration from advancing.'
  • Communicate progress and enable verification: Provide clear reporting on integration status and issues, identify the verification and certification activities each step enables, and coach teams in the end-to-end integration way of working.

You will bring

We believe you can challenge us in who we're looking for and believe you have an interest in complex hardware and software systems, end-to-end integration, and building solutions that move technology forward.

In addition, you have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
  • Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience, including meaningful involvement in a complex product-development project from initial development through to delivery.
  • Technical understanding of complex hardware and software systems; practical hardware experience and familiarity with C/C++ are beneficial
  • Ability to understand system capabilities, interfaces, and dependencies across development areas, and to build both broad and deep technical knowledge
  • Strong planning and dependency-management skills, including breaking integration into achievable steps and identifying the critical path
  • Ability to align technical teams, facilitate decisions, negotiate priorities, and coordinate investigations to resolve blocking issues
  • Understanding of verification and continuous integration, with the ability to assess readiness and identify downstream activities
  • Self-driven, perceptive, and adaptable, with initiative and the ability to make progress through others
  • Clear communication, coaching, and collaboration skills; able to adapt to different stakeholders and communicate confidently, including with senior leaders
