Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

The Opportunity

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in leading enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to shape CRM strategies, define solution roadmaps, architect scalable enterprise solutions, and ensure successful delivery across complex business environments.

This is a highly visible leadership position within our Consulting practice, providing the opportunity to drive transformative client engagements, influence digital transformation programs, and develop market-leading CRM capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with a diverse range of clients and colleagues to deliver innovative CRM solutions and enterprise transformation programs, including:

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across complex enterprise programs.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Define and govern CRM architecture standards, implementation best practices, and quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define CRM vision, digital roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and workstreams while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.
• Oversee CRM application design, integrations, data migration strategies, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Mentor technical teams and solution consultants while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimations, proposal development, client presentations, and demonstrations.
• Identify and drive business development opportunities, including account expansion, pipeline growth, and cross-selling of CRM and related Microsoft solutions.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in CRM transformation programs.
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, governance, and stakeholder communications throughout engagements.
• Support decision-making, resource management, delivery governance, and team leadership activities.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, and Omnichannel capabilities).
• Deep understanding of CRM architecture, solution design, customization, configuration, and extensibility.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience in systems integration, data migration, API design, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale programs and manage distributed delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience balancing business priorities, technical excellence, and commercial objectives.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on scalability, performance, and business value realization.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Required Experience

Must Have

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or consulting environments.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Minimum 5+ years serving as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience leading at least 3 large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience delivering multi-country, multi-business-unit, or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
