Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für den standortübergreifenden Anwendersupport im Windows- und Microsoft-365-Umfeld, inkl. Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Administration, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zentraler Microsoft-365-Dienste (Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune)
  • Durchführung des vollständigen Life-Cycle-Managements für Clients, mobile Endgeräte sowie Druck- und Telekommunikationssysteme
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Patch- und Update-Management-Prozessen sowie Durchführung von strukturierten Softwarerollouts in Server- und Clientumgebungen
  • Monitoring sicherheitskritischer Infrastrukturen inkl. Erkennung, Analyse und Eskalation von Security Incidents
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an internen IT-Sicherheitsprojekten sowie Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Richtlinien im Rahmen von DIN-/ ISO Zertifizierungen (ISMS)Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von technischer Dokumentation sowie Aufbau und Pflege einer Knowledge Base zur nachhaltigen Wissenssicherung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene IT- Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Microsoft-365- Cloud sowie Administration von hybriden Active-Directory-Umgebungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Betriebssystemen, Netzwerk- und Firewall-Technologien sowie Monitoring- und Security-Tools
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten und gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Analytisches, konzeptionelles Denken und eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen und Erfahrung im Umfeld von ISMS-Zertifizierungen
