Responsible for coordinating with other departments in what serves the department's activity to increase the company's sales.
Responsible for determining the needs of the department and its employees in terms of resources and training.
Responsible for submitting reports on sales to senior management.
Responsible for all tasks that lead to increasing sales activity
Works to continuously follow up on sales activity and work to increase it and prevent it from being negatively affected.

Works to supervise sales offers and send them to customers..
Works to prepare reports on tenders for the service provided by the company.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Sales (preferably in service sales or corporate sales).
Reporting & Analysis: Strong ability to prepare detailed sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and submit them to senior management.
Tenders & Proposals: Experience in preparing and managing service tender reports, as well as supervising and sending competitive sales offers to clients.
Cross-functional Coordination: Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate with other departments to align strategies that drive company sales.
Performance Management: Track record of continuously monitoring sales activities, proactively preventing negative performance trends, and maximizing returns.
Team Leadership & Recruitment: Capability to select top talent for the department, assess resource and training needs, and foster a positive, high-performing work atmosphere.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with clients and internal teams.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
