What to do:

We are looking for students to support our workplace team. Typical tasks are:

• Handling of requirements related to our IT workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity, etc.) according to our policies

• Managing, maintaining and keeping an overview of the company’s technological equipment including the monitoring of budget and compliance with internal IT workplace policies

• Creating and reviewing current processes to establish an efficient IT Service Point

• Supporting our colleagues and business partners regarding IT workplace requests, questions and complaints

• Finding solutions for complex and non-standard requests

• Informing our colleagues and business partners about news regarding the IT workplace field

• Supporting of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing new features of our request tool from demand manager’s and user’s perspective

Requirements

You check these boxes:

• Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH), IT related

• Customer orientation, organizational skills and a structured way of working

• High interest in IT workplace related issues

• Passion for teamwork and continuous learning

• Fluent in German and English

• Curious and empathetic, treating all people with respect

• Immediate start for an internship with the duration of 12 months with the potential for further extension

• We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3267,00 € for Bachelor Students or 3400,00€ for Master Students (gross per month on a full-time basis) is offered.
