About the role:

The role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing

software that complies with coding standards and technical design. We are looking for engineers who lead with honesty in their technical ownership, empathy for the end-user experience, and the agility to navigate both client-side and backend systems.

Requirements

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

• Have experience in software development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects through high agility and technical excellence.
• Extensive experience and proficiency in PHP or Go & Angular, demonstrating the agility to work seamlessly across front-end and back-end ecosystems.
• Understanding of software development principles, architecture, design patterns, and best practices applied with empathy for long-term code maintainability.
• Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks, version control systems, and bug tracking systems.
• Ability to analyze technical problems, propose effective solutions, and make informed decisions with honesty and objectivity.
• Good communication skills with strong empathy to effectively convey ideas, listen, and discuss technical concepts with team members.
• Proactive approach to self-learning and self-improvement in the field of software development, driven by continuous agility.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage software development projects—including defining project scope, timeline, and resources—with agility to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in software development technologies, methodologies, and best practices through an agile mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and strict honesty.

• Knowledge of multiple programming languages and libraries (Angular, PHP, MySQL, Dart, or Go), showcasing technical agility across diverse environments.
