Основные задачи:

  • Проводить сбор, описание и согласование функциональных и нефункциональных требований к программным продуктам
  • Проектировать и моделировать бизнес-процессы в форматах AS-IS и TO-BE с использованием нотаций BPMN, EPC, IDEF0 или UML
  • Разрабатывать детальную документацию по процессам и требованиям в специализированных инструментах и офисных приложениях
  • Осуществлять приемочное тестирование разработанных решений на соответствие заявленным требованиям
  • Взаимодействовать с командой разработки и стейкхолдерами в рамках отдела по управлению бизнес-процессами

Мы ожидаем:

  • Владение методами моделирования процессов, инструментами Visio и навыками работы с пакетным ПО Microsoft Office или Google Docs
  • Наличие базовых знаний SQL и понимание принципов IT-архитектуры, включая API и жизненный цикл разработки ПО
  • Наличие профильного высшего образования/неполного высшего образования
  • Развитое аналитическое мышление, высокая коммуникабельность и внимание к деталям при работе с информацией
