YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
We bring programmatic advertising and new media solutions to the Small Medium Business (SMB) market with our Advertising OS for agencies to scale their media operations. It's a high-volume game of many deals, short cycles and a tight, repeatable process.
You'll lead a global SMB sales team across time zones and languages, and you'll sell alongside them. Your mission is to build a high-velocity SMB engine that scales across markets, while challenging the traditional rules of how SMB sales gets done. We run async-first, on reporting, chat and dashboards rather than meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Revenue & Volume: Own SMB pipeline, bookings and conversion globally.
Focus on velocity, win rate and volume over big-deal heroics.
Play Coach (50/50): Split your time evenly between selling and leading. Carry a personal quota and close deals next to your team, so your coaching comes from real, current selling.
Lead, Build & Scale the Team: Hire, onboard and develop
Fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous development.
Build the High-Volume Engine: Own playbooks, qualification, sequences, lead routing and SLAs with Marketing. Standardize what works and drop what doesn't.
Build AI-Native Sales Ops: Scale team output by building automated workflows, AI agents, and reusable operational capabilities.
Go Global, Stay Local: Adapt the sales motion by market, working with regional teams to reflect local languages, budgets and buying behavior.
Data & Operations: Own CRM hygiene and real-time, async reporting to ensure total data accuracy across the funnel, from activity to forecast.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
High-Volume Sales Experience (Essential): Track record of hitting targets in high-velocity, short-cycle B2B or SME sales.
Player-Coach Leadership (Essential): Experience managing a sales team while carrying your own number.
AdTech Domain Knowledge (Strong advantage): Understanding of programmatic, DSPs/SSPs, agencies, and digital media economics.
Technical & AI Mindset: Practical, hands-on experience using CRM, sales engagement tools, AI tools, and automations to streamline operations.
Experience managing remote, multi-time-zone teams.
Fluent English is required, as it will be your primary working language.
