Introduction

To manage and overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle to ensure that contracts are effectively implemented, administered, monitored and closed out in accordance with contractual requirements, applicable legislation, company policies and procedures, while ensuring supplier performance, commercial value, risk management and continuity of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from award to close-out.
• Ensure contractual, legislative and policy compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance, KPIs and contractual deliverables.
• Manage commercial matters, including expenditure, variations and claims.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial and supplier risks.
• Manage contract amendments and extensions.
• Coordinate stakeholder relationships and dispute resolution.
• Maintain contract governance, records, reporting and audit trails.
• Proactively manage contract expiry, renewal and close-out.
