生産技術（機械設備設計エンジニア）
＜職務内容＞
ウエスタンデジタルのHDDの主要開発拠点である日本法人の生産技術開発部門においてエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションは、要素技術の開発を推進して革新的な生産技術をコンセプト段階から量産導入までリードいただきます。次世代製造装置の設計・開発を主導し、海外生産拠点への導入や立ち上げ、量産化を推進することで、グローバルな製造オペレーションの最適化への貢献できるポジションです。
また、経験に応じて、プロジェクトの企画立案から事業性評価、関係者との調整、実行管理、クロスファンクショナルチームの統括まで、一貫したプロジェクトリーダーシップを発揮し、事業目標の達成を牽引していただけるポジションです。
具体的な業務は以下の通りです。
- コンセプトデザインをチームにてディスカッション
- 基礎実験を行いコンセプトを固める
- 製造装置の仕様書の作成・見積作成
- 外部サプライヤー(製造装置メーカー)へ発注
- 装置試作機の評価・機能チェック
- 海外量産サイト(タイ)へのライン移管・量産ライン立ち上げ
- 量産ライン立ち上げ後、トラブル・改善提案に対して、社内にてメンテナンスを行う
- 新規製品のツール設計及び開発部門との打ち合わせ、外部サプライヤーへの発注
- 新規製品の試作ツールの評価・機能チェック
＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞
- 高専卒・大卒以上
- 生産技術開発・機械設計いずれかのご経験
- 日本語ビジネスレベル以上
- 英語利用に抵抗のない方（目安：TOEIC500点以上程度）
※実務での使用経験は問わないが、業務上読み書き(仕様書/メール)は必須で、英語での会議にも参加いただくので、ビジネスレベルのスキルがあるとより望ましい

- プロジェクトリード経験
- 装置設計・設備立ち上げ・改善の経験
- 3D CADを使用した機械設計経験（当社はSolid Worksを使用）
- PLCの使用経験（当社はMitsubishi製を使用）
＜求人概要＞
想定年収650万円 ～ 950万円
月給：29万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）
※裁量労働制を選択の場合、裁量勤務手当を支給

勤務時間8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。
