＜職務内容＞
Western Digitalの藤沢事業所において、輸出入業務全般、倉庫オペレーション、および、文書処理プロセスを管理します。本ポジションはフォークリフトの実務操作、物流システムの専門知識、グローバルチームとの連携を必要とし、事故率ゼロを目標としたシームレスなサプライチェーン運営を確保します。
具体的な業務は以下の通り。
・フォークリフトでの入出庫作業
・輸入関連のデータ登録・確認・管理
・藤沢事業所内関連部門との連絡・調整
・出荷書類の確認と社内システム処理(Oracleシステムを使用)
・現物の確認と送り状の確認
・特定荷主制度対応（航空貨物安全宣言書の作成・提出、運転手の金属探知機検査）
・外部ベンダーとの調整
・受入ドックの管理
・月次・週次レポート等の作成
＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞
- フォークリフトの操作経験、または入社後数週間以内に免許取得可能な方（取得費用会社負担）
- 物流または倉庫業務の経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：日常会話レベル(海外サイトの担当者とメール連絡等の業務有)
- チームワークを重視し、協調的な働き方ができる方
- 高い注意力と文書処理の正確性
- 貨物スケジュールに応じた柔軟な勤務時間対応が可能な方

- 貿易実務経験
- Oracleシステムの使用経験
- 税関手続きや輸出入規制に関する知識
- フォワーダーとの調整業務経験
- 倉庫管理システムの使用経験
- フォークリフト操作（または入社直後の取得コミットメント）
- Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）
- Shipment Portalおよび物流管理システム（OTM GTM）
- 文書管理とファイリングシステム
- ビジネス文書作成のための英語力

＜求人概要＞
想定年収600万円 ～ 800万円
月給：30万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）
※裁量労働制を選択の場合、裁量勤務手当を支給

勤務地詳細神奈川県藤沢市桐原町1番地 （湘南台駅よりバス10分）
勤務時間8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。

-通勤手当（上限15万円/月）
※電車・バス・自家用車通勤可（ガソリン代支給）
-入社に伴い転居が必要な方に対する手当※社内規定による
引越手当（独身者/単身者：450,000円、家族帯同：750,000円）
