Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für den gesamten administrativen Bereich der Küche
• Dienstplangestaltung für den gesamten Küchenbereich mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitern in Zusammenarbeit mit Küchendirektor
• Urlaubplanung für den gesamten Küchenbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchendirektor
• Reporting an den Küchendirektor über Personalkosten und Wareneinsätze sowie wirtschaftliche Auswertung der Küchenergebnisse
• Aushilfen-Disposition für den Bereich Küche sowie Kontrolle der Rechnungen
• Betreuung von VIP-Veranstaltungen
• Betreuung des Kassensystems Paycult im Mitarbeiterrestaurant
• Planung, Organisation, Auswertung der Zahlen im Mitarbeiterrestaurant
• Erstellung des Speiseplans für das Mitarbeiterrestaurant
• Operative Mithilfe in der Küche bei Großveranstaltungen
• Einholen von Angeboten und allgemeine Büroorganisation
• Sicherstellen der Sauberkeit sowie Einhaltung der HACCP Hygienevorschriften

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin sowie idealerweise eine weiterführende Qualifikation im Küchen-, Hotel- oder Gastronomiemanagement
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in anspruchsvollen gastronomischen Betrieben
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für moderne Gastronomie, Küchenorganisation und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Gastgeberorientierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit gastronomischen Warenwirtschafts- und Controllingsystemen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
