Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Location: Ballerup, Denmark

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively approach prospective customers in the B2B market.
• Schedule appointments for the sales engineer.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to support sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Independently research prospective customers and identify relevant contacts.
• Manage the administration and follow-up of sales activities.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, and ensure leads are appropriately classified.

Your Profile

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in new customer acquisition or a similar inside sales role.
• A sales-driven mindset and a high level of self-motivation.
• Enthusiasm for winning new customers and developing business relationships.
• Confidence in initiating and leading customer conversations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a clear determination to succeed.
• A very good command of German.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A strong sense of responsibility, a structured approach to work and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
