Обязанности:

  • Эксплуатация и поддержка сетевого оборудования центра обработки данных

  • Мониторинг сетевой инфраструктуры и сервисов

  • Обработка и устранение инцидентов второго уровня (L2)

  • Участие в подключении и миграции оборудования клиентов в дата-центр

  • Базовая поддержка систем связи и IT-инфраструктуры (сети, видеонаблюдение и др.)

  • Взаимодействие с инженерами

Требования:

  • Базовые знания сетевых технологий и протоколов: TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF

  • Понимание принципов работы VPN и NAT

  • Опыт работы с сетевым оборудованием Cisco / Juniper / Huawei / Mikrotik

  • Навыки работы с системами мониторинга (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios или аналоги)

  • Базовое понимание сетевой безопасности (firewall, VPN, основы DDoS)

  • Готовность обучаться и развиваться в области сетевых технологий

Будет плюсом:

  • Знание Python или Bash на базовом уровне

  • Понимание облачных сервисов и контейнерных технологий
