Für ein Logistikunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Lebensmittel- und Pharmalogistik unterstützt du den Aufbau einer eigenen AI-Umgebung und die Weiterentwicklung des selbst entwickelten ERP-Systems. Dieses besteht aus Kundenportal, ERP und Driver-App und befindet sich aktuell in der Go-Live-Phase. Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung IT, Entwicklung und Business Process Management zusammen. Dazu gehört:

  • Entwicklung von Agentic-AI-Lösungen, MCP-Schnittstellen und RAG-Anwendungen
  • Integration von KI in die bestehende ERP- und TMS-Landschaft
  • Optimierung von Dispositions- und Ressourcenplanungsprozessen mit Methoden aus Machine Learning und Operations Research
  • Unterstützung bei Datensicherung, Implementierung und Synchronisierung im Rahmen des ERP-Go-Lives

Requirements

  • Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise mit Python
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP oder RAG
  • Kenntnisse in Machine Learning, Data Science, Optimierungsmodellen oder Operations Research von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und der Google-Workspace-/Google-Cloud-Umgebung von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Benefits

  • Pensum: mindestens 60 %, idealerweise 80-100 %
