DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to deploy, configure, maintain, and support the infrastructure required for our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems administration, technical deployments, or a related engineering role.

This position requires a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with servers, networks, operating systems, databases, and cloud or on-premises environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, operations, support, and customer-facing teams to ensure that installations are completed securely, reliably, and according to technical requirements.

The role may require participation in scheduled deployments, maintenance activities, and technical support outside regular business hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, SRE, or related engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including VNets/VPCs, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and private endpoints.
• Experience with IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and cloud security.
• Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Understanding of high availability, backups, disaster recovery, and system reliability.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English proficiency: B2 minimum; C1 preferred.
• Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent IaC tools.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement secure and reliable deployment strategies.
• Manage cloud networking, compute, storage, databases, and managed services.
• Implement IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and security controls.
• Build monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Troubleshoot production, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve engineering efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and cloud costs.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Architecture teams.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures.
• Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, and deployment processes.
