Product Design & Co-creation: Define product features based on customer research;
coordinate with technology and partners on requirements; ensure products meet regulatory
and inclusion needs as applicable.
o Business Case & Pricing: Develop revenue models, pricing strategies, and commission
structures; prioritise high-revenue products; ensure cross-subsidisation for inclusion services.
o Implementation & Training: Prepare operational SOPs; support agent and staff training;
deliver product briefs for marketing and communication.
o Performance Monitoring: Track product adoption, transaction volumes, revenue, and
customer feedback; adjust features and incentives based on data.
o Partnership Engagement: Liaise with banks, MFIs, insurers, and payment processors;
negotiate product terms; support joint campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business;
- 3+ years in product development or management; knowledge of digital financial services and finance sector.
