Calculate and review the cost of sales on a monthly basis, covering both quantity and value, and reconcile against closing inventory
Perform the full month-end close for an Subsidiary company that operates without an ERP system, including maintaining all accounts on Excel and preparing its standalone financial statements.
Extract the trial balance from the ERP system dynamics 365 and perform a full mapping to prepare the financial statements in the required reporting format.
Prepare all necessary month-end adjustments and accruals and correct any accounts with incorrect or incomplete data by tracing back to source transactions.
Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, combining results of all entities after eliminating intercompany balances.
Reconcile financial data with the Commercial department, verifying figures related to the P&L and the investment report
Monitor and reconcile budget consumption by tracking expenses generated by the Commercial team against actual expenditures (marketing, trade program, and aftersales) and ensuring that all spending is covered by the generated budget or by brand support from the vendor with no overspend across any budget line.
Prepare financial reports and position statements including business plan required by banks or investors, reflecting the current financial status of the company
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
7-10 years of experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good English Commendation Skills.
