  • Γραμματειακή υποστήριξη και καθημερινή λειτουργία του γραφείου.
  • Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Διανομή ειδοποιητηρίων κοινοχρήστων σε πολυκατοικίες.
  • Είσπραξη κοινοχρήστων και διεκπεραίωση πληρωμών.
  • Εξωτερικές εργασίες, παραδόσεις εγγράφων και άλλες καθημερινές υποχρεώσεις.
  • Επικοινωνία με ενοίκους, ιδιοκτήτες και συνεργάτες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και καλή επικοινωνία.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις Η/Υ.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης.
  • Διάθεση για εργασία τόσο εντός όσο και εκτός γραφείου.
