Role Overview
As a Tech Lead .NET Developer in the STP Tribe, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET-based solutions that support Euroclear's digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning solutions with business goals and architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design and implementation of .NET Core applications
Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
Drive the adoption of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Azure DevOps integration.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Solution Architecture
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define system architecture and integration strategies.
Ensure alignment with the STP Tribe's hybrid agile operating model and technical roadmap.
Quality & Testing
Promote test-driven development (TDD) and ensure robust unit and integration testing.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications through proactive design and testing.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
Support delivery planning and contribute to quarterly tribe-level objectives.

Technical Stack
Languages: C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
Frameworks: .NET Core, Entity Framework, CQRS, SAGA
Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Azure DevOps, Service Fabric, OpenShift)
Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, Kafka
Tools: Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes
Architecture & Design
Strong grasp of software design patterns, clean architecture, and microservices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and service orchestration.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications: Microsoft Azure (AZ-204, AZ-104), PSM I, PRINCE2 Foundation.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division contributes to Euroclear's competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
