As Business Controller CEE, you will play a key role in steering the financial performance of a rapidly growing region. You act as a trusted business partner to the Regional Leader and Managing Directors, translating strategy into actionable financial insights and KPIs.
You combine strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on mindset and act as a driver for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
- Analyze financial performance and explain variances vs. budget and forecast
- Translate strategic objectives into clear KPIs and performance frameworks
- Support decision-making through business cases and scenario analyses
- Monitor and optimize cost base and net working capital
- Act as primary finance contact for regional leadership and country management teams
- Drive performance improvement initiatives across the region
- Collaborate with finance peers across countries and business line functions
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2-5 years of experience in business controlling or similar role
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach
- Comfortable working independently and in an international environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Experience in a corporate/multinational environment
- Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of Cognos is a plus)
- Fluent in English
