In a nutshell

The IT Functional / Business Analyst acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. The role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements while collaborating closely with Product Managers and development teams. It drives alignment, supports project delivery, and ensures successful implementation of IT initiatives. Strong cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement are key.

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

Based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. You will be part of a global IT organisation, supporting business units, laboratory operations, and key stakeholders across regions, ensuring IT solutions align with business and operational goals.

By acting as the key liaison between business and IT, ensuring requirements are clear, structured, and actionable. You will support successful project delivery through strong collaboration, effective requirement management, and hands-on involvement throughout implementation and post go-live phases.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience working on ERP implementations
• Background in healthcare or clinical environments is a plus
• English proficiency: minimum B2+, ideally C1
