Shuttle Bus Driver - Dublin Airport
Do you thrive in customer-facing positions and enjoy collaborating within a diverse team? We are looking for a Shuttle Bus Driver at our Dublin Airportlocation, reporting to the Airport Manager. As a Shuttle Bus Driver you will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service during the rental process.
This is a shift position working a scheduled roster, with early starts and working 5/7 days between 5am-1am on a flexible basis and requires all applicant to hold a valid D/D1 licence and a CPC card.

Key Responsibilities:
Transport customers to and from the Airport terminals and the Rental Site in a safe and timely manner.
Provide a high-quality service to all customers.
Assist customers with luggage.
Provide information to customers on request and answer queries / complaints or pass them on to the appropriate Department, if a resolution cannot be found.
Carry out a daily walk-round check of courtesy bus/coach prior to the start of each shift and appropriately reporting any defects found.
Ensure that the shuttle bus is fuelled and internally presentable at all times.
Drive customers in a safe controlled manner and adhere to the Company Driving Standards Policy at all times.
Observe all traffic and safety laws including advising customers to wear seatbelts, where fitted.
Ensure adherence to passenger seating limits.
Check that passengers disembark at the correct destinations.
Record and report any accidents / incidents to your line manager.
Support the management team in the efficient and cost-effective operation of the location.
Report on any relevant commercial activity that may assist with business development.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
Ad hoc duties as directed by Management.
Your Skills:
Full driving licence Category D/D1 entitlement plus a CPC card.
Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate various road and traffic conditions safely.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly and effectively.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
A keen and enthusiastic nature.
