Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Consumer Marketing Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital, social media, on-ground activations, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Develop consumer-focused content and communication in collaboration with agencies.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Track campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, OTC Pharma, FMCG, or Healthcare.
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing and digital channels.
• Good analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Pharma/OTC experience is a strong advantage.
