People & Talent Lead

Lead hiring, interviews and people operations, including dependable payroll coordination.

You will build the people function across Everest and its companies, from finding and interviewing candidates to supporting employees throughout their time with us. Working with company leaders, finance and external advisers, you will connect thoughtful hiring with reliable payroll, clear processes and a strong working environment.

What you will build

• Own recruitment from role definition and sourcing to interviews, candidate assessment and offer coordination, working closely with hiring managers.

• Coordinate accurate, timely payroll with finance and payroll providers, maintaining reliable inputs for salaries, leave, benefits and employee changes.

• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee administration, coordinating contracts and maintaining accurate, confidential people records.

• Support leaders with feedback, development and everyday people matters, establishing clear processes and involving specialist advisers where needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience across recruitment and people operations, including conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions.

• Experience coordinating payroll and employee administration, with close attention to accuracy, deadlines and confidential information.

• Sound judgment, clear communication and the ability to work effectively with company leaders, finance teams and external advisers.
