Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a major business systems transformation, overseeing the transition from a legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who can bring business and technology teams together, drive implementation activities, and ensure a complex ERP programme progresses successfully from initial planning through go-live and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, managing project delivery, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical specialists, and external implementation partners.
Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, risk registers, issue tracking, and escalation processes.
Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and vendor performance.
Oversee testing, data migration coordination, integration readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
Ensure business readiness through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and formal project sign-offs.
Support post-go-live stabilisation and ensure a structured transition into business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in project management, ERP implementation, programme delivery, or business transformation.
Proven experience managing cross-functional business and IT projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience coordinating external vendors, systems integrators, or implementation partners.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Current authorisation to work permanently in the United States is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification.
Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace tools.
