Role Overview :
As an AI/ML Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for designing and deploying sophisticated artificial intelligence systems that solve complex business challenges. You will bridge the gap between high-level business requirements and technical execution, working closely with data engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to define the architectural roadmap. Your daily focus will involve overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, ensuring that our solutions are not only innovative but also scalable, secure, and aligned with the long-term strategic goals of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines that integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise ecosystems to drive measurable business efficiency.
- Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI and NLP models, ensuring high performance and accuracy for production-grade applications.
- Establish MLOps best practices to automate model training, monitoring, and versioning, thereby reducing time-to-market for new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements and actionable AI strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on advanced Deep Learning techniques and architectural patterns to foster a culture of technical rigor.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks to maintain the company's competitive edge in the AI landscape.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex AI architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, with a deep understanding of model scalability.
- Proven ability to implement and manage MLOps workflows, ensuring robust data engineering practices and reliable model deployment in cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in applying Generative AI and NLP techniques to solve real-world enterprise problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.
- A minimum of 8 to 20 years of experience in the AI/ML domain, showcasing a track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of autonomy and collaboration across multiple locations in India.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, complemented by a history of continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI space.
