We are shaping a new category: AI for product & offer education to 2x conversion. And it is
forming right now, and so is the team that will own it. This is a founding-team seat: the people
we hire this year are shaping the growth foundation of Evolo, the product, the culture, the
standards everything after gets built on.
Your seat: you’ll ship a category-defining product end to end, full stack, from user
conversation to production.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Engineer at Evolo, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing
innovative products. You will work in a dynamic environment that values creativity,
collaboration, and a passion for excellence.
In this role, you will leverage your experience in startup environments or building new products
to drive the development process. You will play a crucial part in shaping product strategies and
Skills & Qualification
Experience in startup environments, helping navigate ambiguity and drive early-stage
product development
Strong technical proficiency in software development, enabling effective problem-solving
and innovation
Strong UI/UX sensibility, but at the core a software engineer
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate
technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work in an agile environment, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous
improvement
Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and guide strategic decisions
Experience with product lifecycle management, from ideation to deployment and beyond
Proficiency in modern development tools and methodologies to streamline the engineering
workflow
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable product features, contributing to Evolo's
competitive edge
Craft polished, user-centered UI/UX while grounding it in solid engineering fundamentals
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align technical solutions with
business goals
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team
Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and integrating new technologies
into product development
Ensure high-quality standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver products that meet user
needs
Manage technical challenges and find effective solutions, maintaining product reliability
and performance
