steepest curve yet.
We are shaping a new category: AI for product & offer education to 2x conversion. And it is
forming right now, and so is the team that will own it. This is a founding-team seat: the people
we hire this year are shaping the growth foundation of Evolo, the product, the culture, the
standards everything after gets built on.
Your seat: you’ll define what buyer-side AI becomes, owning AI-native greenfield product
from zero to category standard.
About The Role
At Evolo, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-native greenfield products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management and a passion for building transformative solutions from the ground up.
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive product vision and execution. Your expertise will help shape the future of our startup's offerings and impact the way people interact with technology.
Skills & Qualification
Proven experience in product management with over 5 years in the field, solving complex challenges and delivering successful products
Strong expertise in AI technologies, enabling the creation of cutting-edge AI-native solutions
Experience in building greenfield products, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring they meet market needs
Ability to thrive in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and innovative problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product direction and growth
Adept at using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and product enhancements
Responsibilities
Lead the product development lifecycle for new AI-native products, guiding them from concept to launch
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features and ensure alignment with business goals
Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and strategic objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and feature development
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and addressing any concerns
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
Drive user engagement and satisfaction by incorporating feedback and iterating on product features
