Key Responsibilities
Assist the Outlet Manager to oversee and co-ordinate daily operations, maintaining established service standards and stepping in when the Outlet Manager is absent
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, venue and hotel policies, and health and safety requirements, including reporting incidents and hazards
Handle, record and report guest complaints with tact, urgency and genuine care
Create and manage rosters, and monitor overtime, leave and breaks so financial and service targets are achieved
Lead, train and develop the Food and Beverage team, supporting recruitment, performance appraisals and training records
Drive a sales culture through up-selling strategies, while controlling departmental expenses within set targets
