Job Description

As a candidate for the Tech Lead role on the exaBase Studio Platform team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with the Product Manager (PdM) to define development policies
• Leading technical strategy and technology selection
• Managing development teams and project execution

Specific Responsibilities:

• Defining development policies and creating development roadmaps
• Leading the formulation and execution of technical strategies and technology selection
• Planning, designing, and leading the development of systems across the stack, including front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes), with hands-on contributions
• Improving product and code quality through activities such as code reviews and various testing processes
• Managing the development team, including assigning tasks to members based on their roles and expertise

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Vue.JS

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture design and system development
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Development experience in Go
• Development experience or solid understanding of Node.js and/or Python
• Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, plus English communication skills at least at a daily conversational level

Compensation

• Annual Salary: ¥8,040,000 - ¥13,080,000
• Monthly salary is calculated as 1/12 of the annual salary.
  • Lower limit: ¥670,000/month (Base salary: ¥495,680, Fixed overtime pay for 45 hours: ¥174,320)
  • Upper limit: ¥1,090,000/month (Base salary: ¥806,470, Fixed overtime pay for 45 hours: ¥283,530)
• Additional overtime pay will be provided for work exceeding 45 hours.
• The final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and desired compensation in accordance with company policies.
• Employment may involve a flexible work schedule, a discretionary labor system, or a managerial position, depending on job responsibilities.
