業務内容
日本企業のDXを推進する上で、経営資源である「ヒト」領域の課題解決ソリューションを提供する事業部のプロダクトデザイナーをお任せします。
具体的には、大企業のDX人材育成を支援するプロダクトを中心に、今後も続々とリリースする新規プロダクト、サービスもご担当いただきます。
私たちのチームでは、デザインを「見た目」だけでなく、ユーザーの課題を発見し、解決するための戦略的な役割として捉えています。
- ユーザーの課題を深く理解するリサーチの設計・実施（ユーザーインタビュー、データ分析など）
- UX/UIデザインによる、わかりやすく直感的なインターフェースの情報設計
- プロダクトの設計と改善に向けた、PdM・エンジニアとの密な連携
- ユーザーの行動やフィードバックに基づくデザイン検証と改善の繰り返し
その他、ご本人の意向・スキル、状況によって下記の業務も担当頂くことがあります。
- グラフィックデザイン、ガイドライン策定などのビジュアルデザイン
- マーケティング施策におけるLP・バナー・その他制作
必須要件
- Google analythicsなどのアナリティクスツールを利用した顧客のUX分析経験
- Figmaを使用したデザイン実務経験

- 新規事業の立ち上げ、グロース経験ビジネス向けプロダクトのデザイン経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- フロントエンド / バックエンドエンジニア経験
