Business Analyst-software or digital product development projects
Job Location: Havelock Road

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.

• Experience working on software or digital product development projects.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments will be advantageous.


Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Engage stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, operational challenges, and policy requirements.
  • Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

Process Improvement & Solution Design

  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations, systems, users, and policies.
