DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |About the role
The Vendor Business Unit Director - ServiceNow is the strategic leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, execution and market development of the ServiceNow business within their assigned country or sub-region.
Acting as the primary country leader for ServiceNow, the role owns the local growth strategy, partner ecosystem, pipeline generation, revenue performance, gross profit delivery, services growth and executive vendor relationship.
Working through influence and matrix leadership, the Vendor Business Unit Director aligns Sales, Services, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations resources to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the ServiceNow country strategy.
Own annual business plans and quarterly business reviews.
Act as executive owner of the ServiceNow relationship in-country.
Develop executive relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders.
Drive partner recruitment, activation and growth initiatives.
Work closely with Vendor Sales Specialists to accelerate pipeline and opportunity conversion.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Services and Marketing teams to maximise customer outcomes.
Partner with the designated ServiceNow marketer to create and execute country marketing plans.
Lead local go-to-market initiatives and growth programmes.
Support strategic opportunities with deal strategy and growth planning.
Ensure alignment between local execution and global ServiceNow objectives.
Drive adoption of new ServiceNow products and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |About you
The ideal Vendor BU Director:
10-15 years experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity or technology markets.
Strong channel and partner ecosystem experience.
Experience creating and executing growth strategies.
Strong executive stakeholder management capability.
Commercially astute with experience driving revenue and profitability growth.
Experience leading through influence in matrix organisations.
