About the Role:
Looking for an AI Native Senior Product Manager to refine and build a user centric platform. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and scaling user experience of high-performance B2B2C platforms. If Satellites, constellations, Remote Sensing is something that excites you, and you believe in processing Bn+ events in realtime to drive impact to millions of farmers, then this role is for you. You will be modeling and building products that will determine food security.
This is a builder role, not a caretaker role. You won't just manage a backlog; you will make foundational Discovery, solve the cold start problem, and drive engagement of products that directly influence millions of users. The Senior Product Manager will:
- Lead the Product Strategy: Define and Own the product roadmap and GTM strategy of the products for B2B and B2C users for Pre and Post Harvest products.
- Develop Empathy: Work closely with Operations, Business, Analytics, Product and Engineering Teams to ensure business requirements align with long term end user journey.
- Have AI Native: Adopt an Agentic-First approach to product design, leveraging AI and tools such as Lovable to build MVPs. Design MVPs and product experience with Prompts and LLMs.
- Optimize Performance: Leverage data and insights to continuously improve user engagement and shape consumer behaviour.
- Ensure Integrity: Design product features with Security Principles and PII Compliance at the core, protecting student data across all modules.
- Iterate with Precision: Identify leakages of funnels. Convert BRDs into PRDs, draft AI adaptive User Stories, and user test cases, and does not lose the long-term view.
- Art of Writing: Convert BRDs into PRDs, draft User Stories, Sprint Management.
- Team Management: Should be able to groom Product and Business Analysts.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 to 10 Years of Experience: Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of conceptualising, launching and improving the products of SAAS, B2B & D2C.
- First Principles: Demonstrate User Empathy and Adept First principles towards the product experience in a systems thinking approach.
- SME: Deep Understanding of crop phenology, satellite image processing, data modelling, and vision graphics, data science.
- Execution: Have strong prioritisation skills, relentless execution attitude and can articulate and navigate in fast paced environments.
- Analytical Rigor: Great expertise in Excel, SQL, and operational optics towards each problem. Experience of building user products on large and high frequency data funnels.
- User Experience: A Niche for user experience where every pixel has a meaning.
- Ownership: API, Business and Product end to end ownership.
- Expertise: Satellite Image Processing, Classification, NER, Data modelling, Supervised and UnSupervised Modeling is good to have. Product building on AI & Models is a must.
- Technical Rigor: Great understanding tech Design, APIs, and services to design products on top of technology.
- SDLC: Experience with Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, AI native SDLC and productivity metrics.

- PII and DPDP - Security First approach.
- Expertise with tools such as Azure Devops Tool, Excel, SQL.
- Low-to-mid fidelity prototype using Figma, Lovable, Whimsical.
