Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at an international B2B cybersecurity SaaS scaleup.

In this role, you will help shape and develop the company's visual identity, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand experience across marketing, corporate communications, and digital touchpoints. You will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling visual assets that resonate with technical and business audiences.

Working closely with our existing graphic designer, the wider Marketing team, and international colleagues across different regions, you will contribute to a broad range of creative projects, from executive presentations and thought leadership content to print collateral, website updates, and digital marketing assets.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of visual design projects, contribute to the evolution of our brand, and help strengthen how we communicate our value to a global B2B audience. Depending on your experience, you may also guide and review the work of junior designers, helping raise the quality and consistency of our visual output.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Visual Identity: Help shape and develop the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across marketing materials, corporate communications, and customer-facing touchpoints. Depending on seniority, take a leading role in translating brand direction into visual guidelines and coordinating their application across assets and channels.
• Presentation & Corporate Design: Design high-quality company presentations, executive decks, and Board of Directors presentations, combining strong visual storytelling with clarity and attention to detail.
• Content, Editorial & Print Design: Design white papers, reports, brochures, business cards, and other branded materials, managing print specifications and production with external vendors.
• Website Design & Maintenance: Support ongoing updates and visual improvements to the company's Webflow website, ensuring a consistent brand experience and high-quality design across pages.
• Digital Marketing Assets: Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns and initiatives, including materials used across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing channels.
• Cross-functional & International Collaboration: Work closely with the existing graphic designer, Marketing colleagues across Europe and overseas, and other internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives and regional needs.
• Project & Vendor Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize requests, coordinate external partners, and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Design Review & Mentorship: Depending on seniority, provide creative direction, review design deliverables, and give constructive feedback to junior designers, supporting their development and maintaining high design standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in graphic design, brand design, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity company.
• Demonstrated expertise across brand design, corporate presentations, editorial materials, print collateral, and digital marketing assets.
• Proven ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations for different audiences, including senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Experience developing, evolving, and applying visual identities across multiple formats and channels, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives for technical and business audiences.
• Working knowledge of Webflow, with the ability to make website updates and maintain visual consistency.
• Good understanding of print design, production requirements, and coordination with external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams across different time zones, communicating ideas clearly and incorporating feedback effectively.
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Higgsfield) and basic motion graphics skills for creating visual and animated content.
• Familiarity with Figma and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides is strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• English fluency is mandatory.

Salary range:

€ 35K - 45K
