Обязанности:

Прием и обработка заявок от сотрудников по всем IT-вопросам (телефон, email, чат);
Консультирование и оперативное решение проблем с ПО, оборудованием и корпоративными сервисами;
Информирование пользователей о статусе выполнения их заявок;
Подготовка, настройка и ввод в эксплуатацию рабочих станций (ПК, ноутбуки) и оргтехники;
Установка, настройка и обновление офисного и специализированного программного обеспечения;
Базовое управление учетными записями пользователей в Active Directory и почтовой системе.

Требования:

Опыт работы на аналогичной должности (Системный администратор, Специалист техподдержки) от 1-2 лет;
Навыки администрирования ОС Windows и macOS на пользовательском уровне;
Понимание основ сетевых технологий (принципы работы TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
Опыт работы с Active Directory (создание, блокировка, настройка учетных записей пользователей);
Эскалация сложных инцидентов инженерам 2-й линии и смежным подразделениям.
