Job Summary:

Our vision is to provide engaging, rewarding, and fun wellbeing experiences that inspire employees to come together, do their best work, and live their best lives. Our high-performing Exos team delivers service and operational excellence across a holistic wellbeing program to support the physical and social health of employees from our large global client.

As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll be our eyes and ears across the APAC region, where the client is located - driving strategy, communications and the implementation of regional and global wellbeing marketing programs and initiatives. This role will enable the marketing function in the areas with our greatest density, leading the collaboration with internal stakeholders and managing expectations with client stakeholders. This role will work closely with the AMER, BAY and EMEA Marketing & Communication team members, the Marketing Center of Excellence, and across other teams within the org.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership over APAC client and internal stakeholder relationships, responsible for developing, growing and maintaining strategic partnerships that deliver on regional goals, demonstrate value, and aim toward larger org-wide priorities
  • Manage marketing and communications requests from partners and stakeholders, determining the most strategic response in accordance with our annual strategic plan
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent communications across organizations, visually and tonally
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of all consumer-focused communications and production of those assets
  • Own and manage all marketing services offered by this internal team, including toolkit development and optimization, development of SOPs and guidelines, website maintenance, newsletter content development, asset requests, regional promotional campaigns, email engagement campaigns, documentation creation to educate and enable internal teams to find and properly leverage the best marketing assets. Continually explore how to elevate and refine marketing tactics and channels
  • Contribute to and provide strategic input and/or executional support towards global marketing initiatives and campaign development
  • Align regional campaigns with our global marketing initiatives
  • Clearly and effectively storytell to multiple audiences (internal, users, stakeholders), embodying and evolving the brand tone
  • Contribute to strategic planning, development and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy and communications plan
  • Ideate, improve, and rollout processes to drive efficiencies across teams and more effective collaboration
  • Take initiative to plan, organize, coordinate and perform work in situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant marketing and communications experience managing a broad marketing mix with proven ability to build relationships, identify needs and implement solutions end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence others
  • Experience with G-suite tools and Canva
  • Personal interest in health and wellbeing
  • Proven experience navigating a matrixed environment, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly (quarterly to annually) as required.

Ideally, you are:

  • A natural connector with a positive, team-building approach
  • Enthusiastic about cross-functional and collaborative work, comfortable interfacing with multiple stakeholders
  • Experienced leading team dynamics; you’re comfortable leading meetings, developing agendas and nudging conversations in a productive and inspiring way
  • Reliable: someone we can count on to get stuff done
  • Adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity (we are constantly evolving, growing and don’t always have the answers) and working in a dynamic global environment
  • Driven by goals, objectives, and key results, but willing to challenge assumptions (especially when you know there is a better answer!)
  • Humble; accountable to mistakes, but willing to get your hands dirty
  • Great with the details; you geek out with organization
  • Eager to do, but patient to listen and ‘let the play develop’
