A high performing individual contributor who acts as a mentor to more junior engineers, applies new engineering principles to improve existing systems, and is responsible for leading complex, well-defined projects.

Experience

5+ years for Bachelor's

3+ years for Master's

Education

• Maintained an enhanced project/product in a production environment in public/hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Implemented software solutions to configure infrastructure with code.
• Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience.
• Technical degree preferred.

Functional/ Technical Skills

• Understands how projects/teams interact with other teams.
• Understands and designs moderately complex systems.
• Has strength in more than one language and/or technology implementations.
• Identifies strengths and weaknesses among languages for particular use cases.
• Is familiar with two data stores or API

access patterns and integration.

• Broad infrastructure knowledge plus at least one area of expertise.
• Thorough working knowledge of automating infrastructure and configuration management.
• Proficient in configuring, operating, and automating cloud IaaS infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Ability to identify business problems at the project level and provide solutions.
• Understands OS, system and code testing tools.
• Tests, debugs, and fixes issues within established SLAs.
• Diagnoses infrastructure problems and troubleshoots complex issues across multiple interdependent systems.

• Thinks holistically to identify opportunities around policies/ processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.

• Shares new skills and knowledge with team to increase effectiveness.The total cash range for this position in Prague is Kč1,077,000.00 to Kč1,507,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,723,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
