Express Employment Professionals – Delta is currently recruiting for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst on behalf of a well-established and growing organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled IT professional who enjoys working across infrastructure systems, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to the design and implementation of reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

Reporting to the Senior IT Management team, the IT Infrastructure Analyst will play an important role in assessing business needs, developing infrastructure solutions, and supporting the organization's overall technology environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, technical teams, and external partners to ensure infrastructure systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate infrastructure solutions.

• Lead and coordinate infrastructure-related projects, overseeing planning, implementation, and deployment activities.

• Work with internal infrastructure teams, stakeholders, and third-party service providers to design, engineer, implement, and maintain technology solutions.

• Monitor, assess, and analyze existing infrastructure systems to identify opportunities for improvement, potential risks, performance issues, and future scalability requirements.

• Contribute to the development of infrastructure strategies, technology roadmaps, and architectural designs aligned with organizational objectives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including infrastructure configurations, system changes, technical designs, and specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, investigate system failures, and coordinate with relevant technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to identify opportunities to enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.

• Support the ongoing stability, availability, and security of enterprise infrastructure systems.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical ability, and strong communication skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an IT infrastructure or similar technical role.

• Demonstrated experience supporting, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure environments.

• Experience coordinating or managing technical projects is considered an asset.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and servers.

• Proficiency with operating systems, databases, cloud computing environments, and authentication systems.

• Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, system integration, and infrastructure architecture.

• Ability to assess infrastructure requirements and recommend effective, secure, and scalable solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Annual Salary: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
